The British Council needed a global website for the British Council International Education Services (IES) program which operates in 46 countries. As the IES website aims to support UK Education institutions in their international works via services such as market intelligence, event registration, and education intelligence online store, the website needed to support over 55,000 page views per day, as well as a large amount of content.

Followeyes provided services from information architecture to web traffics and analysis leveraging the SEO, UX frameworks. Furthermore, the customer experience for registration and payment processes were streamlined. As a result, British Council IES experienced a double-digit increase in traffic, as well as a surge in event bookings and event attendance.
